Led the development and marketing efforts for patient-focused nonprofit providing support and life-changing research for the 99 million Americans suffering from spinal injuries and disorders.
Provided creative direction, managed integrated marketing campaigns, and led the teams responsible for marketing, education, and advocacy. As National Race Director, managed all aspects of national running series, from vendors to branding, in six cities across the country with over 2,000 participants.
Increased net income by 70% and decreased expenses by 46% by developing and implementing a consistent, scalable race model, making the first race using this model the most profitable in the series’ eight-year history. Developed and implemented strategic fundraising strategies to secure major gifts, sponsorships, grants, and donations.
